How to show windows and programs you are supposed to work with
With Hide Any Window you can automatically show programs or windows you are supposed to work with. Add the windows and programs you want to show on hiding to the 'What to show' list and they will popup automatically when you hide windows and programs you want to keep in a secret.
Note: For Windows 7/Vista, we recommend that you run Hide Any Window as administrator so you have all necessary permissions.
For more convenience Hide Any Window has a built-in 'What to show' list that includes MS Word and MS Excel.

How to add a program to the 'What to show' list
Double-click the Hide Any Window desktop icon.
Select 'Tools' in the toolbar and select 'What to show'.

Click the 'Add' button.

Put the radio button for the 'Show Program' option.
Click the 'Select from running programs and opened windows' and select the necessary program from the 'Programs' list

Or click the 'Browse' button to select the necessary program. Also you may enter the program's full path manually.
In the 'Show rule ...' area select the 'Program full path' or 'Program name' option.

Note:
- The 'Program full path' option is useful if the program is installed in several locations.
- For Windows 98 and Windows ME you can use only the 'Program name' option.

Put the check mark for the 'Use this rule' option.
Click the 'Save' button.
How to add a window to the 'What to show' list
To set the 'show rule' based on the window or program's title:
Double-click the Hide Any Window desktop icon.
Select 'Tools' in program toolbar and select 'What to show'.

Click the 'Add' button.
Put the radio button for the 'Show Window' option.

You may select window or program's title using the 'Select from running programs and opened windows' button or enter it manually.

Select the condition for the window's title (contains, doesn't contain, equals, doesn't equal, begins with, ends with).

Put the check mark for the 'Use this rule' option.
Click 'Save'.
